Welcome to the home of Gwendolyn Bailey and Nicholas Bailey (pictured), and Jennifer Simonds and David Bailey. It has been said that the home pages of "real people" fall into one of two categories: fascinating and banal. We believe that our page falls very firmly into the "banal" category.

Jen and Dave are computer-programmer types who work at West Group and Lawson Software, respectively. It is therefore required that we pay for a home page, even though we don't really have the time to maintain it or the inclination to spend any more time sitting in front of a computer than we already do.

Our current hobbies mainly consist of taking care of our children, our pets, and our house, in that order. We occasionally manage to make it out of the house to go to work. Who has time for anything else? Besides, parenting in the form of playing on our new swingset or going to the local waterpark is more fun than anything childless adults do. Dave has an idea that he might like to try running as a hobby once things settle down. And he occasionally dips his toe in the political scene, though so far he has met with unfortunate results. Since Gwendolyn arrived, Jen has started playing soccer again, and is otherwise enjoying a summertime maternity leave.

We are responsible for more than just our childrens' welfare, however, since we have enough pets to start our own petting zoo.
